Customers may request a return of their product within 7 calendar days of receiving it.

We only accept returns for unused products that are in their original packaging and have the security seal intact.

Products purchased on sale, personalized items, or items marked as gifts are not eligible for return, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Once your return has been validated, we will process your refund within a maximum of 7 business days.

• Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error or a defective product.
